Newly-elected MEP Ciaran Mullooly says the law shouldn't have passed before the new Parliament met.
The approval of the controversial Nature Restoration Law will have 'severe implications' for small farmers in the midlands.
That's the view of newly-elected Midlands North West MEP, Ciaran Mullooly, after EU member states approved the regulation today.
It aims to put measures in place to restore at least 20% of the EU’s land and sea areas by 2030.
