Micheál Martin will be in Athlone for the official opening of Athlone's new cycleway crossing.
Mary O'Rourke is being remembered as a "legend" at the official opening of a bridge in her name in Westmeath this morning.
The former deputy leader of Fianna Fail passed away at the age of 87 in October of 2024.
Athlone's cycleway bridge, operational since 2023, is being named after Ms. O'Rourke.
