That's Laois County Council Cathaoirleach Paschal McEvoy reaction to changes to the State's welfare support system for Ukrainian refugees.
It comes after the Government's announcement of the useage of a 950 person capacity accommodation centre in Stradbally.
Those using the facility will have to leave after 90 days, and will receive just under €39 per week in social welfare payments.
