Mr Burke has spent 513 days in prison so far.
A High Court judge is calling Enoch Burke "ridiculous".
It's after the lastest hearing in Dublin where Mr Justice Brian Cregan told the teacher, barred from attending a Westmeath school, he's considering sending him to prison once again.
Enoch Burke has already spent 513 days behind bars.
However The Irish Independent is reporting Judge Cregan is considering the move in light of Mr Burke's persistent trespassing at Wilson's Hospital School.
The dispute started when the school requested teachers to refer to a transgender student by their chosen pronouns and new name.
After refusing to do so, Mr Burke was suspended and dismissed six months later after a number of instances where he publically confronted the principal.
He has since repeatedly said he's been imprisoned for his religious beliefs while a number of judges say this is untrue, and that he was imprisoned for defying court orders.
During another fractious hearing in Dublin yesterday, the court indicated it will conduct a criminal contempt inquiry into his brother Isaac's behaviour.
He's been ejected from the court for three hearings in a row.
The Judge added he's considering the same for Enoch Burke, who furiously accused him of coaching the Westmeath school, and demanded his judgement be made immediately.
To which Judge Cregan replied, "Mr Burke, you are ridiculous".
