The deal will see HSS Hire join Woodie's and Telford's as part of the Grafton Group.
Plant and tool hire company HSS Hire has been sold for €31.6m.
The acquisition has gone to the Chadwick's Group.
Chadwick's parent company is the Grafton Group which already has the likes of Woodie's, and Telford's in its portfolio.
