Food Village provides hot lunches options for students through a school meals programme.
The company is based in Longford on the Athlone Road and currently serves more than 100 schools nationwide.
Its menu is managed on an app, with a user-friendly ordering system for parents and students to manage their dietary requirements.
This next step will lead to the creation of 200 jobs in the region.
