It was stolen from the National Ploughing Championships.
Gardaí are appealing for the public's help in locating a camera which "disappeared" from the National Ploughing Championships.
The Sony DSR 170P was stolen from former RTÉ Midlands Correspondent Ciaran Mullooly's space in Ratheniska, Stand 382 Row 25.
It has been missing since last Thursday at around 5pm.
Mr. Mullooly took to X to appeal for the public's assistance in retrieving the stolen item, while Laois Gardaí are asking for information that can lead to the identification of those involved or its recovery.
I want to thank Gda Brian Kelly in Stradbally for his efforts to retrieve my digital camcorder stolen from the site at the @NPAIE in Rathaniska. Thanks also to @KavanaghCPO & @gardainfo for the help & @NPAIE for CCTV footage. No sight of it yet🤞#NationalPloughingChampionships pic.twitter.com/FwkxnpbR6Q
