Asos In Talks To Buy Struggling Clothing Group With Two Westmeath Stores

The company fell into administration last year.

Asos is in talks to buy struggling high-street stores Topshop, Topman and Miss Selfridge.

The online retailer says it's exploring the opportunity of acquiring the brands from Arcadia Group, after it fell into administration.

The group has Topshop and Wallis stores in Athlone, along with brands in Shaw's Department Stores across the midlands.

The Asos board says it thinks it would be a "compelling opportunity" which would resonate well with their customers.
