Authors Of Property Price Survey Urge Caution To Midlands Buyers

Offaly has seen a 1.5% reduction in property price in the second quarter.

The authors of a national property report are urging caution as prices in the midlands remain largely unchanged through the second quarter of 2020. 

MD of MyHome.ie Angela Keegan says the small sample size of homes on the market could skew the findings slightly. 

They found that prices in Offaly dropped by just under €5,000 on average while the median asking price in Laois and Westmeath remained the same.
