Banagher Precast had been exporting a bridge beam though Tullamore to go to Milton Keynes in the UK.
Drone footage over the weekend showed a giant concrete bridge beam being transported on a lorry along an Offaly bypass.
The 34-metre, 83-tonne beam was en route from Banagher Precast in Offaly, through Tullamore to Milton Keynes in the UK.
Banagher Precast coordinate with a logistics company and local authorities for these operations.
The company manufactures the beams in Banagher, with 50% of their output exported to the UK.
