A former Love Island says the downside of the show was adapting to being in the public eye.
Yewande Biala has been speaking to MPs in the house of commons this afternoon about her experiences on the show.
They are investigating the lack of support given by producers to those who appear on Reality TV.
The former Athlone IT Student says she felt fully prepared for entering the villa:
Politicians in the UK are trying to find out if enough support is offered both during and after filming, and to determine if there is a need for more regulation.
The inquiry into reality TV comes after the death of a guest following filming for The Jeremy Kyle Show and the deaths of two former contestants in the reality dating show Love Island.

The Enfield woman says she thinks the welfare team improved greatly during her year on the show.
Marcel Somerville from series 3 also answered questions about his time in the villa and discussed race and social media.
