Government TD Admits Irish Dentistry Is In Chaos

The Irish Dental Association says a decrease in spending is to blame.

A government TD agrees that Ireland is facing a crisis in dentistry. 

The Irish Dental Association says a drop in spending in the treatment services scheme nationally, including 39% in Laois/Offaly and 32% in Longford/Westmeath is to blame.

Longford/Westmeath Fianna Fail deputy Joe Flaherty is encouraging the Health Minister to turn to the private sector to alleviate waiting lists.
