An injunction is also being considered to prevent his family from entering Wilson's Hospital School.
The High Court will decide next week whether or not to seize the cars used to transport Enoch Burke to the Westmeath school he's been barred from.
The Irish Independent is reporting that Judge Brian Cregan is also considering an injunction to prevent Mr Burke's family from entering the grounds of Wilson's Hospital School.
It comes after another contentious hearing in Dublin yesterday which saw Mr Burke's brother, Isaac ejected from the court on orders from the judge for a second week in a row.
The dispute stems from the teacher's refusal, on religious grounds, to comply with a request from Wilson's Hospital School to call a transgender child by a new name and pronouns.
Mr Burke refused to comply, and subsequently and reportedly confronted principal Niamh McShane at public events.
