Department of Housing figures show 220 adults were in emergency accommodation across the region in October.
That's in comparison to 173 in October 2024, a jump of 27.16%.
Laois has 52 adults accessing homelessness services in comparison to 32 last year.
While in Offaly, the figure stands at 68 people, from 49 in 2024.
Westmeath is seeing the only decline of only 2% with 74 people using services and 26 in Longford.
16,766 people used homeless services nationally in October, a leap of 67% from this time last year.
