Figures revealed at a recent Joint Policing Committee meeting show overall instances of the crimes in the third quarter of this year stands at 193, up from 154 last year.
Superintendent Eamonn Curley revelead instances of criminal damage, not by fire, stood at 108 which is a jump of 22 from 86.
There were six cases criminal damage by fire which had gone up from five.
Intoxication is on the rise as well, at 25 instances up from 18.
And Public Order offences jumped 9, from 45 to 54.
