The latest daft.ie House Price Report shows prices have risen sharply in the Midlands.

The latest daft.ie House Price Report for Q2 2025 shows that house prices in the Midlands are sharply rising, with the biggest increase in Westmeath.
A house there will now set you back €315,000 on average, up by 15% from last year.
In Offaly it now costs €293,000 which is up by 18% while in Laois the average price is now at €284,000, a rise of 17%.
