Sinn Féin say they would keep the ban in place with stronger protections for landlords
Government interference is driving smaller landlords from the market.
That's the warning from the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers after cabinet decided not to renew the eviction ban which will expire on March 31st.
A budget package to accommodate landlords and tenants is being planned, with details expected at a later date.
