Sinn Fein rep Sorca Clarke says the system is failing families.
As of the end of March close to 800 children and young people are waiting to access mental health supports in the Dublin and Midlands health region.
The HSE figures, requested by Longford Westmeath TD Sorca Clarke, show 19 of the 788 on the list have been waiting for over a year to access treatment.
Nationally 4,748 children are waiting to access mental health services.
The Sinn Fein rep says the numbers demonstrate a system that is failing vulnerable young people and their families.
