A mental health charity is running a variety of support groups to help people who are struggling over the festive period.

Turn2Me is open 365 days of the year and is encouraging people to reach out during the holidays if they need help.

The support groups on offer over the next few days include how to manage anxiety, feeling alone and down.

CEO of Turn2Me, from Tullamore, Fiona O'Malley says the number one issue that comes up around Christmas is loneliness:
