Farmers are gathering in protest in the midlands this afternoon over what they describe as a 'process to destroy agriculture'.
Offaly IFA is arguing against being over regulated, particularly in areas such as nitrates, delayed payments and slurry spreading.
They'll set up outside the Offaly County Council building in Tullamore at around 1pm, and are expected to remain there for a number of hours.
