I4Life volunteers are making their way to Africa with a healthcare programme.
Midlands health professionals are heading to Africa tomorrow to provide life saving care to communities in Zambia.
The charity I4life provides community outreach, education and counselling for mothers and children to prevent and manage malnutrition and diseases such as HIV and epilepsy.
Immunisation 4 life developed a nutrition programme for children under 5, this clinic is operated from a mobile tent and serves a catchment area of approximately 80,000 people in poverty.
These communities face a lack of food security, basic water sanitation and hygiene leading to preventable conditions such as Cholera, Typhoid and Polio.
