The latest MyHome.ie report shows the average price of a house in the region has jumped by over €2,500 since last quarter.
The price of a home in Offaly is €225,000, the most in the region.
House-buyers in Westmeath are facing an asking price of just under €210,000, while Laois remains the cheapest at €190,000.
