Laois Sinn Féin TD Brian Stanley is organising a meeting between Midlands TDs and the Bord na Móna group of union representatives at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
The aim is to hear first-hand the struggles that workers currently face, and develop ideas for solutions, as well as possible new employment and training.
