An Offaly support service is also extending its supports in response to the pandemic.
An advertising campaign encouraging victims of domestic violence to come forward is being launched today.
Court is still able to sit throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and can hand out barring orders on those who carry out the acts.
The adverts, which will depict life in a house where domestic abuse takes place, are a joint initiative between 12 organisations, including two Government departments.
