The assaults took place late on New Year's Eve, early New Year's Day.
Gardaí are investigating two assaults in Offaly.
The first occurred on a premises in Shannonbridge late on New Year's Eve, early New Year's Day - a young man suffered facial injuries and required treatment.
A second young man suffered similar injuries and also required treatment during a separate assault on Main Street in Shannonbridge on the same night.
