The college has received a €6 million boost in funding.
Over 900 places on flexible upskilling programmes are up for grabs at Athlone IT, after an injection of €6 million in funding.
The grant is being awarded to the college through Springboard+ and Human Capital Initiative funding, for a range of fully or partially funded upskilling opportunities.
There are courses available from Level 6 to 9, covering a range of domains.
Dr. Michael Tobin - Dean of the Faculty of Continuing, Professional, Online and Distance Learning - says the programmes are flexible and accessible, and are designed in conjunction with industry.
