Over 15,000 euro has been raised for an Offaly grandmother who lost her home in a fire.
Olive Thompson from Annaharvey woke up last Friday to her dog Jill barking, with her home ablaze.
The 88 year old great grandmother went in and out of the house with buckets of water for 45 minutes before emergency services arrived.
She is hoping to get out of hospital today.
Her family have launched a fundraising page in the hope that they can rebuild the home.
