Preparations Underway For Any Possible Second Wave Of Coronavirus

That's according to a consultant in Tullamore Regional Hospital.

A frontline worker from the midlands is urging people to remain cautious as Ireland re-opens it's economy. 

Consultant in Tullamore Regional Hospital, Eoin Sheehan, says they're looking at increasing their intensive care capacity to deal with any possible new wave of cases. 

He accepts that social isolation has left people yearning for contact and he was among those queuing outside a hardware store last weekend. 

Mr. Sheehan believes any relaxation in social distancing guidelines should lead to more stringent advice on face coverings:
