The brother of Jozef Puska has been reportedly attacked in prison.
Multiple outlets are reporting Marek Puska is currently in hospital with serious injuries.
The assault took place last night.
Neither the Gardaí or The Irish Prison Service are commenting on the alleged incident.
The 36 year old was sentenced to 30 months along with his other brother Lubomir for failing to reveal that Jozef Puska had made certain admissions to them when he returned home that night with visible injuries.
