That's what's needed to address the dangers of e-scooters in Midlands towns according to Offaly TD Carol Nolan.
The Independent rep says she's being contacted by an increasing number of people over the use of e-scooter on footpaths and roads.
Recent data from the Maxillofacial Unit in St James' Hospital suggests the number of injuries being recorded are going up, and the number of users wearing helmets is going down.
