The 17 year old is facing charges of endangerment of life, using a stolen car and 13 counts of dangerous driving on April 21st.
A teenager has pleaded guilty to some charges after he led Gardaí on a chase from Dublin to Laois.
The 17 year old, who cannot be identified as he is a minor, reached speeds of over 200 kilometres per hour and drove on the wrong side of the road.
The boy's facing charges of endangerment of life, using a stolen car and 13 counts of dangerous driving on April 21st.
Today the teenager signed a guilty plea to the theft and endangerment charges.
A judge at the Dublin Children's Court said it was an absolute miracle nobody was killed or seriously harmed during the incident.
The judge has granted an order sending him forward to the higher Circuit Court, which has broader sentencing powers.
The boy was remanded on bail pending his next hearing on November 28th.
Previously, a Garda gave evidence and played video footage for the court.
The boy alleges he was pepper sprayed when he was stopped after a stinger device was deployed.
His solicitor said the teenager had suffered trauma in his childhood, had been bereaved at a young age and had attended mental health services.
The court also heard he was sorry for putting people's lives at risk.
The remaining charges are to be added to the indictment later. Legal aid was granted.
