They're shutting 103 branches across the island of Ireland.
Ten branches in the Midlands are closing as part of Bank of Ireland's re-structuring measures.
The bank is shutting 88 outlets in the Republic, and 15 in Northern Ireland.
Three in Laois, three in Offaly and four in Westmeath will be affected.
Bank of Ireland's joining forces with An Post to offer banking services at over 900 locations.
There will be no changes to services until September.
