It will include a long-awaited midlands route.
The Transport Minister has been asked to attend a meeting of the Fine Gael Parliamentary Party, to discuss funding for road projects, including a long-campaigned for midlands route.
The motion has been put forward by Longford Senator Micheál Carrigy, as Eamon Ryan is expected to withdraw funding for a number of projects, including the N4 Mullingar to Roosky road.
Funding of €200,000 is required to progress the N4 to the planning stage and Longford Senator Micheál Carrigy is concerned withdrawal of that funding could spell the end of the work.
He says without the money in place, there could be serious consequences:
