"Unsurprising" Rise In House Prices In The Midlands

The lowest house price in Ireland was recorded in Roscommon.

Residential property prices in the midlands rose slightly in the year to November.

The region recorded an increase of 1.4 per cent, while the national average rose by 0.2 per cent.

The highest median price of €610,000 was recorded in Blackrock, Co. Dublin, while the lowest house price of €75,000 was in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon.
