The girl pleaded guilty to two incidents that took place last July.
A 16 year old girl threatened female care workers in Westmeath with a knife and boiling water last year.
The Irish Independent reports the girl has pleaded guilty to two incidents that took place on July 17th and 21st last year.
Mullingar District Court heard how in the first instance, the girl threatened staff with a knife, saying she wanted to tie them up to see how long it would take for them to escape.
When the workers refused she threatened them with boiling water and sprayed one of them in the face with domestic spray.
The second incident happened in a car when two other care workers were attacked with the teenager pulling one by the hair, kneeing both of them and punching them in the face.
Judge Bernadette Owens ordered a probationary report, and psychological report before the case returns before the court on July 24th.
