Almost 100 people, owed thousands of euro each, have learned they're unlikely to see any money returned to them after a creditors meeting for a soon to be liquidated Offaly based company.
EcoSolution Windows Doors and More Ltd has outstanding liabilities of €1.2m, with just €46,000 in assets.
97 customers, are owed a collective €458,000, with some left nearly €20,000 out of pocket.
After attending the meeting at the Bridge House in Tullamore yesterday, Brendan Stafford from Milltownpass says he believes the directors have acted in bad faith:
