The Department of Integration has told 41 Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection they can no longer be accommodated in Elm Grove House in Birr.
That figure includes eight children and eight people with disabilities, including five in wheelchairs.
19 of the residents have been offered an alternative living situation at the former Convent in Banagher, but the remaining 22 have not been filled in on their future options.
Manager of Elm Grove House, Maureen O'Meara, says there are no reasonable grounds for the contract not being reviewed, and they're more than happy to continue to house BOTPs:
