Two candidates want to see many changes in the Midlands.
Aontú has selected two more candidates to run in the midlands in the upcoming General Election.
Human Rights and Travellers Rights Activist Maureen Ward is entering the race in Offaly and Secondary school teacher Mary Hand is holding to secure one of the three Dail seats in Laois.
Ms. Ward is making her debut into the political world because she believes people’s aspirations and dreams to own their own homes has been trampled on by the government.
Meanwhile, Ms. Hand wants to see immediate action towards the completion of the Sapling school buildings in Graiguecullen.
In September, the party added Laura O'Neill as their candidate in the Longford-Westmeath constituency for the forthcoming general election.
