Irish Water are advising that repairs to a burst main are causing disruptions to supply in Westmeath.
Works are underway to fix the issue affecting Athlone town centre and the surrounding area.
Its estimated they will be completed around 5pm.
The utility advise those affected to expect a 2-3 hour delay in a full supply returning.
