The scheme is for farmers impacted by the flooding along the River Shannon.
Delayed payments to farmers affected by flooding along the River Shannon will top the agenda of a public meeting today.
A compensation scheme worth up to €5,000 was announced by Agriculture Minister Charlie McConalogue, after farmers on the Shannon Callows were devastated by flooding last summer.
The issue will be discussed at an event hosted by the Save Our Shannon Organisation this evening at 8.30pm in Luker's, in Shannobridge.
