The GAA submitted a trademark complaint against the restaurant, after it rebranded Croke Park as 'Supermac's Croke Park' as a joke.
The Supermac's Boss says there were easier ways for the GAA to handle its response to an April Fool's Day joke.
The GAA made a trademark complaint against the restaurant, after it posted a photoshopped image of its logo on the pitch and screens at Croke Park, and claimed the stadium had been rebranded 'Supermac's Croke Park.'
The GAA says Croke Park is a registered trade mark, and its use "in jest or otherwise is not permitted."
The post led to some of Supermac's social media accounts being shut down for a time.
