The premises had already been offering 88 beds to BOTPs.
A former Offaly boarding school is set to accommodate a further 142 Ukrainian refugees.
Inchmore House in Clara already offers 88 beds to Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection, as part of a deal struck with the Department of Integration.
However, phase two of the project will see that total increased to 230 from early this month.
It's not believed the facility will be at full capacity at any stage.
In a briefing note to politicians, the Department says a contract has been agreed for a period of two years.
A protest was held in the town last year, when the first phase of the project was announced.
