Stephen Mooney has been remembered this weekend as kind man who could always be relied on.
The Offaly man who lost his life after the van he was driving was struck by a crane, will be laid to rest on Monday,
Stephen Mooney's van was hit by a crane which had come loose from a truck on the Clonbullogue to Edenderry road on Wednesday morning.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision to contact them.
Stephen will repose at his home in Edenderry on Sunday from 4pm until 7pm, while his funeral mass will take place Monday at 12 noon in St. Mary's Church, Edenderry.
He'll then be laid to rest in St Mary's Cemetery.
