Gardaí are renewing their appeal for information on a Laois woman who's been missing for 29 years.
Mountmellick woman Imelda Keenan was last seen crossing the road at the corner of the Tower Hotel and Lombard Street in Waterford on January 3rd, 1994, after informing her boyfriend she was going to the post office.
She hasn't been seen since, and was reported missing by her brother the day after.
Superintendent at Waterford Garda Station, Anthony Lonergan, is appealing for anyone with information to come forward:
Despite an extensive Garda investigation, there have been no further confirmed sightings of Imelda. 29 years on, Gardaí and Imedla’s family are appealing for people to come forward to assist with the investigation.
