A midlands TD was left outraged after she was refused speaking time in the Dail.
Independent Deputy Carol Nolan says her colleague Michael Fitzmaurice had agreed to share two of minutes of his time with her during a discussion on Temporary Business Energy Support Scheme.
She says the sharing of time is frequent practice in the chamber but for some reason the chair refused to let her speak:
