Almost 62,000 more people are receiving the payment in Ireland in the last week.
The number of people who'll receive the Pandemic Unemployment Payment in the midlands tomorrow is 75% of its peak in May.
Over 21,000 people are being issued the support across the region - 8,700 in Westmeath 6,350 in Laois and 6,055 in Offaly.
Nationally, 460,000 people will receive the payment this week, the highest figure recorded since June.
That marks a rise of almost 62,000 since last Tuesday.
The increase includes just over 24,000 construction workers who have lost their jobs as a result of the new covid-19 restrictions.
