Students in Offaly are driving a new national initiative in aim of awareness around different career choices.
The Further Education and Training Skills Box will be launched today at the National Construction Training Campus, in Mount Lucas.
The aim of the initiative is to raise awareness around the diverse career choices and learning routes available to people, with a particular focus on construction, tourism and hospitality, healthcare, business, and climate and green skills.
The event starts at 11am and will be opened by Dr. Joe Collins, FET Director, ETBI.
