The campaign is currently underway in Offaly.
Over 150 farmers have rallied in the midlands this morning, in a campaign against flooding along the River Shannon.
The peaceful protest is taking place on the Banagher Bridge, and has been organised by the Save Our Shannon Organisation.
It wants to see one group nominated to manage the river.
Protestors are carrying signs, also calling for the removal of pinch points and to lower lake levels by one metre.
Another sign reads the Minister is failing to deliver.
