The creator of a home fitness challenge is encouraging the people of the midlands to get involved.
Rochfortbridge's St. Mary's ladies team manager Ken Barry has devised the regime, which involves a lower and upper body workout, to keep his squad active while working from home.
It's expanded to become a fundraiser for the Midlands Regional Hospitals in Mullingar and Tullamore, with the public being asked to make a donation after completing the challenge.
Mr. Barry says the hope is to support everyone on the frontline while giving them a laugh:
