People Urged To Stay In Touch With GP On World Cancer Day

One in four people missed an appointment during the first lockdown.

People are being encouraged to contact their GP if they are worried about having symptoms associated with cancer.

The Irish Cancer Society says one in four people missed a GP or hospital consultant appointment during the first lockdown.

Today marks World Cancer Day.
